Arnold Brothers Construction Inc., is continuing a family tradition that stretches back over 100 years. For five generations, Arnold family members have been active in the California real estate industry including development, construction, valuation, brokerage, consulting, and lending.

Established in 2005, Matthew and Nathaniel Arnold represent the modern iteration of Arnold Brothers Construction – building homes that are noteworthy for attention to detail, architectural coherence, and market appeal. As a premier residential construction firm in the Santa Barbara area, Arnold Brothers has built solid and lasting relationships with some of the finest tradesmen in the community. Arnold Brothers Construction is committed to providing a realistic outlook at the start of each project, administering concise project updates during the building process, and delivering a product that is within budget and on time. Before the start of each project, Arnold Brothers Construction provides a detailed scope of work, a budget with a contingency, and an achievable timeline. Once the project is underway, bi-weekly, comprehensive project summaries are provided, and the team maintains close contact with subcontractors and clients while visiting every job site daily.
